The major lead finish plating material of ANPEC's lead free products is pure tin. ANPEC's lead-free products have been tested by SGS and verified that they can meet RoHS Directive's requirements. And Anpec's lead-free products are continuously approved by our global customers.
ANPEC's lead free products not only meet RoHS Directive's requirements, but also passed the qualification of serial reliability test as bellows :
• 260 ℃ IR Solderability Test and Solder Heat Resistance Test to confirm the reliability after on-board and rework process
• Pre-condition, High Temperature Storage Test, Pressure Cook Test, Temperature Cycle Test and Thermal Shock Test to confirm the endurance ability of storage environment
ANPEC has finished the lead-free process evaluation of every type of packages and started to ship our lead-free products as per customer's requirements.
