General Description
The APE5033 is an integrated MOSFET and 40 channels LED controller for LCD backlight. It’s a highly accurate LED current 2% (100mA LED current) and wide input voltage range. The APE5033 has 40 Channels flexible PFM generators and independent 14 bits PFM brightness to control LED current for every channel. In addition; it has one global high accurate 10 bit DAC which sets the LED current. It’s synchronization with TV Frame including VSYNC/HSYNC and Digital PLL method. The APE5033 own LED current modulation method including PFM mode and DC mode. When applications have flicker frequency issues, using the DC mode method to eliminate flicker frequency problem. The APE5033 has two pins can be digital configurable DC/DC feedback, that’s for control DC/DC architecture. At the same time; the device using programmable via SPI interface. General Description
The APW7207/A is a current-mode and fixed frequency boost converter with an integrated N-FET to drive up to 10 white LEDs in series. The series connection allows the LED current to be identical for uniform brightness. Its low on-resistance of NFET and feedback voltage reduces power loss and achieves high efficiency. Fast 1MHz current-mode PWM operation is available for input and output capacitors and a small inductor while minimizing ripple on the input supply. The OVP pin monitors the output voltage and stops switching if exceeds the over-voltage threshold. An internal soft-start circuit eliminates the inrush current during start-up. The APW7207/A also integrates under-voltage lockout, over-temperature protection, and current limit circuits. TheAPW7207/A is available in TSOT-23-6A and TDFN2x2-8 packages.

General Description
The APW7228B is a high efficiency driver for 4 channels of LEDs. It contains an adjustable-frequency currentmode PWM step-up controller, a 5V linear regulator, dimming control circuit and eight regulated current source circuit. The APW7228B is capable of driving typically 68 (4x17) pieces of 3.5V/160mA LEDs. It contains 4 channels of voltage controlled current sources with typical currents matching of ±1%, which compensate for the non-uniformity effect of forward voltages variance in the LED stacks. To minimize the voltage headroom and power loss in the typical multi-strings operation, the APW7228B features a dynamic headroom control that monitors the highest LED forward voltage string and uses its feedback signal for output regulation. The APW7228B features extensive protection functions that include LED strings open and short circuit detections, Output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) and Over-Temperature Protection (OTP). The APW7228B is available in TSSOP-16P, SOP-16, DIP16 and QFN4x4-16A package.

General Description
The APW7502 is a 5V/1.37A, 2MHz buck converter with a 7-bit current DAC to provide a well regulated current source for VCSEL and IR_LED applications. Through I2C interface, the start-up slew rate of the current source can be 8-segment adjustable and the regulated level can be adjusted too from 100mA to 1.37A in 10mA resolution. When the buck converter output is overloaded or short circuited, the device limits the current at a safety level to prevent catastrophic failure. The over-temperature protection shuts down the device when junction temperature reaches 150oC and will automatically resume operating when junction temperature cools down by 20oC. The cathode of the flash LED is referenced to GND, which improves thermal performance. The device is available in WLCSP 1.42x1.42-9 package.
