General Description
The APS5201E is a high sensitivity Ambient Light sensor that provides programmable gain, sensitivity, integration time for wider dynamic range of light measurement with very low power consumption in a small OMDFN-5, 2.95 x 1.5 x 1.4mm optical package. The optical-basedsensor includes photo detector, transimpedance amplifier, 16bits analog to digital converter to be integrated advance 0.18µm CMOS process. The APS5201E digital features include programmable interrupt thresholds to provide alerts and offer shutdown mode that power down the device and gives a shutdown current of 1.0µA typical.

General Description
The APW8723B is a voltage mode, fixed 300kHz switching frequency, synchronous buck converter. The APW8723B allows wide input voltage that is either a single 5V~12V or two supply voltage(s) for various applications. The power-on-reset (POR) circuit monitors the VCC supply voltage to prevent wrong logic controls. A built-in soft-start circuit prevents the output voltages from overshoot as well as limits the input current. An internal 0.8V temperature-compensated reference voltage with high accuracy is designed to meet the requirement of low output voltage applications. The APW8723B provides excellent output voltage regulations against load current variation. APW8723B is built in reference voltage offset function for applications that require adjusting supply voltage. The controller’s over-current protection monitors the output current by using the voltage drop across the RDS(ON) of low-side MOSFET, eliminating the need for a current sensing resistor that features high efficiency and low cost. In addition, the APW8723B also integrates excellent protection functions, the over-voltage protection (OVP) , undervoltage protection (UVP) and over-temperature protection (OTP). OVP circuit which monitors the FB voltage to prevent the PWM output from over voltage, and UVP circuit which monitors the FB voltage to prevent the PWM output from under voltage or short circuit. OTP circuit which monitors the junction temperature to prevent over-heating conditions. The APW8723B is available in TDFN3x3-10 package.

General Description
APW7411/2/3 series is a high-frequency synchronous buck converter with integrated 25mΩ high side and 25mΩ low side power MOSFET. The APW7411/2/3 series design with a COT control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.5V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to VIN to provide excellent output voltage regulation. The APW7411/2/3 is equipped with an automatic PFM/ PWM mode operation. At light load, the IC operates in the PFM mode to reduce the switching losses. At heavy load, the IC works in PWM mode. The device also equipped with Power-on-reset, soft-start, enable/disable and whole protections (over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature and current-limit) into a single package. This device, available VTDFN1.5x1.5-6 and, provides a very compact system solution external components and PCB area.

The APE5035 are integrates Mosfet and 96 channel LED controller for LCD backlight. It’s high accurate LED current 2% (20mA LED current) and wide input voltage range. The APE5035 has 96 Channel flexible PWM generators and independent 14 bits PWM brightness were control LED current for every channel. General Description
The APW9304H is a three-channel synchronous mode PWM converter with 3A continuous current capability for one channel and 2.5A continuous current capability for the other channel and 1.5A continuous current capability for the other one channel. Although the switching frequency of the APW9304H is fixed at 2.1MHz, it can also change the switching frequency via the EN/SYNC pin. The APW9304H also provides a 120-degree phase shifting technique and Spread Spectrum option to minimize the noise for reducing EMI. The output voltage of each channel can be adjusted using an external resistor divider. Other features include VIN OVP, VOUT OVP, UVP, Current Limit and OTP. The internal switching frequency is set at 2.1MHz. Other features of the part include VIN OVP, OVP, UVP, Current Limit and OTP. The APW9304H is available in a TQFN 4x4-20D wettable flanks package with small size and excellent thermal capacity.

General Description
The APW6017A is designed for server management processor power system, which integrates 5 buck converters and one 0.5A sink/source VTT LDO into one single package. The PWM converters and VTT LDO output voltage can support VCORE, memory, memory bus termination and 1.8V/1.15V/3.3V I/O. Each VR voltage are programmable with high resolution via I2C interface. Moreover, the power-on and power-off sequences as well as soft-start time of these VR are controlled and programmable via I2C interface, providing versatility for system designers. The APW6017A provides excellent transient response and accurate DC voltage output in either PFM or PWM Mode. In Pulse Frequency Modulation mode (PFM), the APW6017A provides very high efficiency over light to heavy loads with loading-modulated switching frequencies. On VTQFN-32 Package, the Forced PWM Mode works nearly at constant frequency for low-noise requirements. The APW6017A features sufficient protections against over-current, over-voltage, short circuit and over temperature to prevent catastrophic failure. A Power-On-Reset function monitors the voltage on SVIN prevents wrong operation during power on. The output voltage of VTT automatically tracks the voltage of half VOUT2. The VTT output voltage is only requiring 10µF of ceramic output capacitance for stability and fast transient response.

General Description
The APW7720 is a Power Management IC (PMIC) designed to provide complete power management solution for Surveillance Cam, IP Cam and Video Conference-Call applications. It integrates a PWM power stage and well-designed control circuitry to minimize the need for external components, thereby simplifying layout in constrained PCB areas. This device features 7 adjustable output voltage buck converters, 6 adjustable output voltage low-noise LDOs, and 2 sets of built-in logic control signal outputs selectable at 1.8V or 3.3V, all of which can be configured via I2C. The APW7720 features protection functions against over current, output over/under voltage, VSYS over voltage and over temperature to prevent catastrophic failure. Fault events also cause a state change on the PGOOD and /INT output pins, which is helpful for interrupt control or debugging. Additionally, it integrates two Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) features to monitor the voltages of VSYS and VINLDO1, thereby preventing improper operation during power-up and power-down. An I2C interface is provided in this device for the system designer to customize settings or presets using Multi-Time Programmable (MTP) features, including power-up/down sequence, output voltage, ramp-up/down time, power-good delay time, watchdog timer, PWM switching frequency, forced PWM mode or automatic PFM/PWM mode, output discharge mode or ramp-down mode, and latch off mode or auto-reboot mode. These customizable MTP settings give system designers the flexibility to optimize performance for various use cases, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. General Description
The APL5934 is a 3A ultra low dropout linear regulator. The IC needs two supply voltages, one is a control voltage (VCNTL) for the control circuitry, the other is a main supply voltage (VIN) for power conversion, to reduce power dissipation and provide extremely low dropout voltage. The APL5934/B integrates many functions. A Power-On-Reset (POR) circuit monitors both supply voltages on VCNTL and VIN pins to prevent erroneous operations. The functions of thermal shutdown and current-limit protect the device against thermal and current over-loads. A POK indicates the output voltage status with a delay time set internally. It can control other converter for power sequence. The APL5934/B can be enabled by other power systems. Pulling and holding the EN/ENB voltage below 0.4V shut/enable off the output. The APL5934 is available in a SOP-8P package which features small size as SOP-8 and an Exposed Pad to reduce the junction-to-case resistance to extend power range of applications.

General Description
APL3542A is a high-side power distribution controller for an external N-channel MOSFET, allow for +12V, +19V or +5V power-supply rail. The wrong input voltage protection function protects a wrong input adapter insertion, when input voltage is out of the target input voltage range the IC is off. The over-current protection monitors the output current by using the voltage drop across the external sensing resistor, when output current reaches the trip point the IC will be shut down. The APL3542A also provides a shortcircuit protection during power-up. The device monitors VOUT voltages for a short-circuit detection, if a short-circuit condition is detected the IC will be shut down. Other features include a POK output to indicate the output voltage is ready, and a logic-controlled shutdown mode.
